Listed below are the base prices of several of our most popular custom model homes excluding the lot cost. These prices are based on the standard features list for our Bridlewood subdivision. We also have several available custom home lots (and their prices) that we either own or are marketing. Using our base price and the lot price you can get a general idea of what your dream home would cost on a custom lot or your own land in St. Louis. Please bear in mind that there are often site costs associated with custom lots that go above and beyond the purchase price of the lot. The costs include (but are not limited to) utility connection costs, septic tanks, wells, demolition, site remediation costs, and several others.
